Executive Summary

SRI Enterprise is dedicated to creating opportunities for Graduates and the Unemployed by promoting Industrial Growth in the economically depressed areas of the country. This is planned by setting up series of small and large scale industries for consumer goods and these products will be promoted in the global market through the World Wide Web marketing and sales. To cater the needs f the internet customers across the globe, the company is creating massive warehouse facility for nearly one million products – the world’s largest Superstore, which will deliver goods in any part of the world from the Asian Superstore.

The major thrust of the enterprise is to setup the World’s largest inventory of goods in one complex and make it available to the internet users across the world. This warehouse facility will be located in the Central Provinces of India and will serve as a hub for the internet commerce on merchandising and sales. The warehouse will stock International Quality Products from major manufacturers world-wide and some of which will be produced locally through the Total Quality Management system of manufacturing.

All manufacturers who intend to market and sell their products through e-commerce and increase their sales globally are encouraged to contact for details on their space requirements with their product catalog codes, banners to be included in the website and internet transaction details. 2. Those unemployed people who have creativity, wills, and drive to excel and succeed in their lives by advancing the society and culture and have real heart to help others succeed while making their lives comfortable; and
3. Those employed or unemployed individuals who come from family owned businesses and have potential to take over their ancestry business or Industry and can contribute investments to the organization for setting up new projects.

SRI feels that the unemployed but employable manpower that is available in India now is crucial to the success of this project. SRI will be honing the employable people and the Entrepreneurs and train them for variety of projects by

1. Developing their strengths in what ever they are good at and making them specialists
2. Grooming them to be good managers
3. Enhance their effectiveness on the job by adding value to their existing Technical and Managerial skills
